Purchase Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND UPON ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATION. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Class schedule and instructor assignments are subject to change based on availability and requests. Pricing is subject to change without notice. 

Cancellations
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to class start time to receive studio credit. You must cancel your reservation online, over the phone, or in the studio.


All cancellations made after our 24 hours window will be considered a late cancel and will be charged the full price for the missed class. No-show and late cancellations will be charged the full price for the classes missed. No refunds will be given for no-show or late cancellations.

Class Schedule Changes

We do our best to notify students of any changes to scheduled classes as soon as possible. As we are a small business, we confirm final headcount for classes 2 hours prior to class start time.

 

Package Validity
Class packages are valid up until the expiration date listed. Package extensions must be made at least 1 day prior to expiration date. No package extensions can or will be made on package expiration date.

Package Transfers & Extensions

Transferring a package will incur a service fee of $15. No transfer service is available for promotional packages (All You Can Try, Monthly Package, Yearly Package, etc). Transferred hours will retain original package validity period.

Extending a package will incur a service fee of $15. Extension is 1 month. No extension service is available for promotional packages (All You Can Try, Monthly Package, Yearly Package, etc).

Dance Pass, Monthly & Yearly Package

  • 1st No-Show to class = 1st Warning

  • 2nd No-Show to class = 2nd Warning

  • 3rd No-Show to class = Class card will be frozen for 3 days, regardless of expiration date.

  • Additional No-Show to class = Class card will be frozen for 5 days after each No-Show, regardless of expiration date.

Dance Pass, Monthly and Yearly packages cannot be extended.

Private Sessions

Reservations for private sessions can be made by contacting us on Wix, on WeChat, by phone, or by email. Any cancellations or reschedule of private sessions must be made 24 hours prior to the start of session time to receive studio credit towards future sessions. Any cancellations or reschedule after the 24-hour window will be charged full-price for the missed service.

Studio Rental 
Rental reservations can be made by contacting us on Wix, on WeChat, by phone, or by email. Any cancellations or reschedule of rental sessions must be made 24 hours prior to the start of session time to receive studio credit towards future sessions. Any cancellations or reschedule after the 24-hour window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
